2010 Professional Pool Installation Pricing

2010 Installation Pricing for Steel, Aluminum & Resin Above Ground Pools

All new above ground pool installations include patio blocks and sand. Installer does no electrical work, grading or hauling away of dirt unless specified in contract. Extra charge for jack hammering and for leveling ground more that 6 inches out of level. Customer to furnish building permit if needed, water supply, and is responsible for drainage adjacent to the pool.

Customer must provide access to and from the pool construction site. All new pool installations are warranted for a period of one year from the date of completion for installation defects provided customer notifies Saratoga Deck & Pool Company of the same within that time period in writing. If repairs are necessary, customer is responsible for all water, electrical and chemical costs.

Customer assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by ground conditions, by weather conditions or by misuse, improper care or neglect.
Saratoga Deck & Pool Company is released from any and all liabilities in connection with defective parts or material sold in conjunction with installation, including any and all parts of the swimming pool itself, unless said pool was purchased from Saratoga Deck & Pool Company.
A copy of the manufacturers warranty is provided in all cases on a pass-through basis.
